The established and continued policy of ACL is to ensure that all products, systems and supporting information supplied to its customers are fit and proper to achieve their designed purpose in conformance with the specifications.

The policy reflects sound commercial practice and accords with the national situation where attainment and maintenance of recognised quality standards are a specified requirement of business.

The purpose of the Quality Manual, together with supporting documentation is to describe how the policy is put into effect and to provide instruction concerning specific operations.

By regular audits and review of product performance, reliability and company operating procedures, ACL operates a progressive policy to ensure ongoing improvement in products, installation and service provided to the customer.
